Abstracts:
Must be submitted in English.
Based on submitted material, the committee will accept abstracts and assign them to be presented either orally or as a poster.
All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the conference website. (http://www.icia2012.com/)
Abstracts will not be accepted via fax or Postal mail or any other way.
When you submit your abstract, please indicate your preference of one of the 30 tracks for the abstract.
At submission, indicate your preferred method of presentation:
Oral Presentation Preferred or Poster Presentation Preferred or No Preference.
You should receive confirmation of your submission within 72 hours.
Please follow these format directions:
Paper and poster abstracts should consist of separate parts of title, authors, affiliation, background, method, results and conclusion. The body of abstract (not
including title, authors and affiliations) should consist no longer than 300 words and no graph or picture is accepted in the abstract. Experimental research submissions that do not include data are discouraged.
√ Font and Margins:
Use Arial 12 point font and 1" side margins
√ Abstract Title:
• Use a mix of upper and lower case letters
• BOLD entire title
√ Authors:
• Indicate the presenter with an asterisk if there is more than one author.
• List authors with last name first, comma, and first name or initial.
• Separate authors with a semicolon.
• Example with Adib M. as the presenter: Salehi, Eisa.; *Adib, M.; Baker, Harry M.
If your abstract is accepted for either oral or poster presentation, you will receive guidelines for presentation.
Workshop proposals should consist of a up to 2000-word summary consisting aims, audience, perquisites for participants, required facilities, equipments and any other necessary explanations.
